Note Cosmetics foundations, powders, blushers, and concealers are under the guarantee of 100% shade match. If for some reason you are not happy with your shade selection, you can return it to receive full refund or exchange even if the bottle is opened and product is used.
Return shipping fees are not refundable. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded the subtotal amount of your original order.

RETURN POLICY
We really hope you love every Note Cosmetics item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return, you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
RETURNS
For the products other than foundation, concealer, powder and blusher, if you do need to make a return or exchange, you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. These items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping fees are not refundable.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately within 30 days from the ship date and specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) including a picture of the product and packaging with order number shown and the picture of the product received. Our Customer Support department will inspect your complaints and proceed with available options of returning. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the product is still available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our order fulfilment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after your order is placed.Therefore, If your order has not been dispatched yet, we may cancel/amend your order. As there is a very small window of time to make updates, please send us the cancellation request or the products you would like to change as soon as possible.
